Breakfast was excellent. We ate in the restaurant for our evening meal as well. This far exceeded our expectations. The food was exceptional as was the service. Cannot recommend highly enough, even if you just eat in the restaurant. For a small B&B, even the little touches like toiletries in the bathroom made it an excellent choice to stay just for one night.

Having stayed here before, we knew what to expect. We loved the location and character of the place. We had a brief opportunity to explore the grounds before checking out, which are beautiful. Unfortunately we didn't make it to breakfast but know it to be excellent from last time.
Situated a 2-minute drive from Aylesbury town centre, The Broad Leys offers a pub restaurant, free parking, and a spacious garden.

We had a warm welcome when we arrived. The decor was tastefully done in style with the age of the property.
In our room there was a good sized bed and decent sized shower. Loved the oak beams and the feel of the room.
Kettle, biscuits tea coffee, milk, sugar and some flavoured teas to choose from which was nice along with bottled water. A good sized fridge. Shampoo and shower gel in shower and hand wash, hand moisturiser in the bathroom.
Hairdryer and iron also very useful, A good sized television which was in a good position so as to not be straining your neck. Friendly helpful staff.
Good selection of meals on the menu all lovely, enjoyed our breakfasts between 8-9.

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
An excellent breakfast was supplied and it was a bout, because I hadn't realised a breakfast was included! The room was quite spacious and comfortable, with adjustable lighting and a garden view!
Helen was a wonderful host, the house was easy to find and with parking in a great location. The room was really lovely - peaceful, spacious, clean and comfortable with lovely views of the garden. Shower room was very clean with good facilities and hot water, and I slept like a baby in the good sized comfortable bed! I even had room to practice yoga when I woke with lovely views. Great options for breakfast that were cooked to order and all in for a very good price.
Excellent breakfast and the fish and chips for dinner were superb!

Great location for walks, room was very comfortable and clean, plenty of hot water, breakfast was cooked to order and excellent, the restaurant quiet, with excellent service and a very good menu. I recommend the home made bread and and the sticky Orange and honey dessert.
Breakfast was excellent, top quality cooked option or cereal and a rich yogurt and fresh fruit alternative. Good coffee and the staff would even prepare espresso based versions on request.
Also ate in the evenings a couple of times, and the quality lived up to the expectations set on their website.
The setting in a quiet part of the village with countryside around made for a true break from home.
All run by a young and enthusiastic team, who were welcoming.
