Booked Brambles for my elderly aunt as we were staying in Devon and she wanted to stay at a B&B. Dave & Alison were fantastic hosts, very friendly and helpful they went over and above for her during her stay. Lovely big room with a beautiful garden. Tasty drinks etc. and whatever she wanted for breakfast. She has been recommending to all her friends back here in New Zealand. Thanks

Aaron was excellent. His customer service was spot on. We arrived late and left early in the morning. He catered for all of our needs. The accommodation and breakfast was fantastic and provided us with takeaway boxes for breakfast. Can't thank him enough and especially Pat who was there helping out first thing in the morning

The fact that we enquired about an "en suite" bathroom as we were only given a separate bathroon to our room and for the sum of £10, we were given exactly that.

Having got engaged a year before and then staying a night again on our honeymoon a year to date. made it feel extra special. Such lovely and honest owners, cleanliness exceptional, layout and standard amazing. No faults at all. Even got offered breakfast in room which made it very special. Thank you for having us and would love to carry on new apparent tradition to stay on wedding anniversary night 💕 Much appreciated 👏

The location was perfect opposite the village car park with a donation charge of 50p. The accommodation was perfect with all the expected facilities and more. The pub and accommodation were both immaculately clean and the staff so friendly and helpful. Would definitely choose to stay again if visiting the area.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Excellent breakfast, as was the dinner we booked in the restaurant on the night of arrival. All the staff were really charming and helpful, and they moved our room into the hotel from the one in the annex immediately on our request. All in all very happy.
Great location in quiet village just a few minutes from M5.
Room was, spacey. Great bar area and adjoining restaraunt with really good quality food. We had both evening meal and breakfast which we couldn't fault. Throw in very friendly staff this was a great place to stay with on site free parking.
Great range of choices at breakfast; especially enjoyed the yoghurt with granola and fresh fruit.
Kim gave us a warm welcome and was very well organised. Peaceful rural views and very quiet. Room was a very good size, with sofa as well as a very comfortable bed.
Henbere Farm is approached along some narrow Devon lanes but they are very quiet - fortunately we didn't meet any other vehicles on the narrowest ones.
Excellent position in Nice village by canal, only 5 minutes off M5.

Very enjoyable overnight pit stop en route to Devon holiday..
Wonderful, quiet, historic location. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were made to feel very much at home. This is a unique experience and very much like staying in a private house. The castle is well worth seeing and the setting is beautiful.
Great location close to all amenities and very comfortable stay. Hosts were great and an excellent breakfast, very enjoyable stay and as it is the second time I have stayed there it says something about how nice it is
The breakfast was fantastic. The full english breakfast tasted fresh and the scrambled eggs were the best I’ve ever had and I thought mine were amazing. The room was spacious with views of the farm. My room didn’t have an en-suite but had a toilet just down the corridor that was private and that doesn’t bother me but it might bother others. There was another room with an en-suite. Sheila (I didn’t meet Mike) was a great host, very friendly and you can tell she loves to run a B&B.
