Decoy Barn Fritton, hotel in Thurlton

Situated in the South Norfolk village of Fritton, the Decoy Barn offers free high-speed Wi-Fi and free parking.

We enjoyed the end room in the corner with the bench, it was lovely sitting outside under cover. Our hosts were very friendly, kind and hospitable. When we arrived we were brought a tea tray with cakes ( even providing a gluten free one!) Amazing choice of breakfast, done to your individual requirements. Everywhere was clean, and thought had gone into providing things you might require. John provided good suggestions on where to visit. Good location for visiting the Broads and the seaside.

We really enjoyed our stay as a couple. The location was easy to find- very private and quiet. We loved the size of the bed and it was super comfortable. It was clean, well thought out with toiletries for your stay. Had a private area for breakfast with lots of options for drinks, a mini fridge, lots of alternative teas and breakfast options. The cooked breakfast was huge and set us up for the day. Such friendly hosts and nothing was too much trouble.

The property is set in beautiful farm land. It has a lovely private garden. Beautifully clean and the attention to detail is superb. The room is exactly as the pictures and the breakfast, to die for. Homemade bread too. Absolute perfection. Molly was adorable, so friendly and welcoming. We will be back

Very private. Own breakfast area which was well equipped. A lot of attention to detail. Private garden with seating - unfortunately adverse weather conditions prevented us from making use of it. Molly, our host was very friendly and accommodating.

What a lovely over night stay, thank you Molly for your hospitality. This is an amazing bed & breakfast location, and cannot recommend it highly enough. The room is stunning, and the breakfast in the morning in your own private breakfast room was superb. This is without doubt one of the nicest B&B's we've stayed in over recent years.

In an old farmhouse, just outside the village of Norton Subcourse, Church Farm has just one guest room but the young couple who own the house, Molly and Will, go well out of their way to make you feel at home. The room includes its own well-stocked breakfast room, its own patio, its own little lawn and garden, and really I don't think I've ever stayed in such a friendly, welcoming, comfortable, quiet and delightful B&B anywhere else in England. Just completely out of the ordinary and totally recommended.

Lovely attention to detail by Molly who has clearly thought about what her guests could possibly want from their stay. Lovely quality linens, spotlessly clean and some really nice extras. The bespoke room spray, diffuser, soap and chocolates are a lovely idea. The private kitchen area has all the teas you could possibly want to choose from and the bowl of fresh fruit and upmarket cordial is a nice touch too. Breakfast was superb and we love the fact that nearly everything was sourced locally or made by Molly. 10/10 for everything.
