Stayed at the Red Lion overnight when we attended a wedding nearby. I really enjoyed my time there - the room was perfect with comfortable beds, and had a great view of the church from the window. The hosts were very welcoming and cooked a very good breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Cotton Farm, hotel in Tarporley

Set in 250 acres, Cotton Farm is conveniently located just 4 miles from Chester, offering wonderful walks straight from the door. Each room here will provide you with a flat-screen TV & seating area.

Our car had broken down (we were going to roll it down the hill in the morning to start it), so the owners very kindly lent us one of their cars to enable us to go out to a pub for an evening meal. Talking of pubs, some excellent and honest recommendations of where to eat locally. Very good breakfast too, A lovely spot, we'll definitely be back.

This gorgeous cottage was a home from home. It was in a great location: quiet and in the countryside yet so close to so many things to do. Our family of 4 LOVED this cottage. It had 2 lovely bedrooms and the living room and kitchen had all the facilities needed for a self catering break. Would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet location near to Chester.

Great location, easy to access and communicate with the host. Particularly taken by the very deep blue walls and pleased it was quiet despite being on a main road.

Quaint but property is small. Beautiful location. This particular cottage is for couples only but people with families looking for larger properties it is a great location for families loads of room for young ones to left off steam. Live the homemade lemon drizzle cake on arrival

From start to finish our experience of No 32 was brilliant. The staff were so helpful and the rooms are clean, comfortable and a real luxury. The hotel itself is set on the high street which is beautifully quaint and also provides all necessities such as convenience stores, boutiques, cafes, pubs and is definately worth a walk around. I would not hesitate to recommend No 32 and hope to visit again in the future.
