The food we had for our evening meal was very good. The continental breakfast had lots of choice and was plentiful. Cooked breakfast was at an extra cost, but we didn't require any.

Beautifully clean and well invested property. Den was extremely welcoming and really appreciated the flexibility in allowing us to check in early to change after a long journey as attending a funeral.

Lovely room, easy parking, super friendly staff and a great breakfast in the morning. We were only here for one night, but would not hesitate to return. Very convenient for the M5.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Lovely little apartment in great location with the added bonus of private, secure parking.
Plenty of places to eat out.
Within easy walking distance of just about everything.
Hayloft was probably in the most beautiful location I have ever stayed in. I love the Southwest of England and the setting of Hayloft showed the beauty of this region perfectly. I wish that I had brought an OS map with me because the walks were fantastic and there were footpath signs left, right and centre when we walked up the hill. We had a little private garden, which was charming. There was a walk mown into a nearby meadow too. The cottage was comfortable and very clean. My bedsheets were very soft and I slept like a top.
A well placed hotel, near the sea front but in a quiet pleasant location. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and the facilities were good. An excellent breakfast and worth the extra payment.
Excellent breakfast. Lovely king room which was spotless and charming. Great location with good pub across the road. You can catch a bus to Exeter or Sidmouth if you don’t want to drive for day out for £2 from stop very close by. Peter and Kim made sure we enjoyed our stay.
Great location literally 30 seconds walk away from the Byers park. Its on a leafy one way street with allotments on one side of the road, so very quiet and private. House was well equipped with items like hair dryer, dish washer and tablets, washing machine and pods.
Easy unfussy arrival and property takeover. Owners left us to it and very quiet, relaxed start to a lovely break away.
Property has everything needed and was spotlessly clean. We were upgraded for free the larger Cottage The Shippen.
Our Dogs had a ball playing in the meadow, the private Garden and were free.
Will be back here for sure, thanks Rosie & Andy, great hosts.
