I booked 1 night at first to try out the facility since it was a new listing on Booking.com, but I ended up staying about two weeks because I loved what I saw. The facility is new and clean, and I liked that the hosts were quite cordial and responsive. There are some stores and restaurants nearby, and a bus stop just in front of the house.

Good location, lovely cosy room, bathroom was spacious with a large bath hubby loved it, a lovely touch but I prefer a shower. Bed was lovely and comfy, breakfast was good with a good choice of pastries croissants yoghurt's cereal cheese and deli meats.

Very quiet and comfortable, great location, nice and friendly staff and the room is clean, arrangements of the electrical accessories and furniture are perfect.
I liked that it was nicer and cheaper to stay here and enjoy the facilities, than staying within Manchester City. Which was my girlfriends desire and reason for the trip to go into Manchester. The money saved staying on the outskirts more than payed for the uber trips in and out of the city center. And to have the spa, pool and gym that you wouldn't get in the city center... Great choice and location in my eyes.
Didn't have enough time to enjoy it, got there late and left early but everything was perfect. The room was beautiful and very clean and all facilities were excellent. The shower was superb. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location for Rochdale city centre. Big free car park.
