Quiet location in farming area. Room was comfortable and warm but, had the weather been hot, lacked adequate ventilation unless the door and window were left unsecured at night.

Fabulous accommodation, quiet location, a short walk from the lake. The host was very welcoming and pleasant and thoughtful in ensuring the guests have everything they could possibly need, ie, cotton wool buds, tissues, hot chocolate, biscuits and a bottle of water. I enjoyed a comfortable nights sleep, awoke rested to enjoy a beautiful garden view.

Omg. The person that is manage this is really messy and not professional. They give two option no refundable and you pay a little more for refundable I chose that one. Guys, what the sh* I did. I didn’t use the room. I told them they say did you check the policy’s. Tell me if this person have morals and empathy? Even ask is possible if you don’t want to refund “literally or change the date” didn’t response me. Be careful money takers, they don’t give a sh* now laughing with my 66 pounds that I work for. My date interview was changed I told them but they didn’t care.

Trevor was a charming attentive host, the property and location were picturesque and tastefully renovated, the rooms were very comfy, a short walk to a charming pub for dinner and an excellent breakfast at the guest house. We would certainly book again.

Very quiet and comfortable, great location, nice and friendly staff and the room is clean, arrangements of the electrical accessories and furniture are perfect.
I liked that it was nicer and cheaper to stay here and enjoy the facilities, than staying within Manchester City. Which was my girlfriends desire and reason for the trip to go into Manchester. The money saved staying on the outskirts more than payed for the uber trips in and out of the city center. And to have the spa, pool and gym that you wouldn't get in the city center... Great choice and location in my eyes.
Didn't have enough time to enjoy it, got there late and left early but everything was perfect. The room was beautiful and very clean and all facilities were excellent. The shower was superb. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location for Rochdale city centre. Big free car park.
This is a great location for Rochdale town centre. Quiet location. Individual staff were helpful, if lacking in basic customer care. Bed, shower and toilet were clean and shower worked well. Breakfast was acceptable but depended upon who served it - one day we had sauces, sugar and milk (for coffee), the next none of these.
