Lovely friendly checkin and shown to our room. Excellent car parking as there is a space for each room. Lovely decor in the room and it was spotless. Free soft drinks in the fridge. Really enjoyed our stay.

The room itself was a bit basic, but the staff were kind and helpful and the pub setting was pretty wonderful. Breakfast was great. It was also very quiet; I heard no noise from the pub.
With scenic sea views, Guest House The Beaches is located in Southend-on-Sea. Free WiFi access is available, as well as free on-street parking.
