The location is very convenient as it is a 3 minute easy walk from the station. The host is thoughtful and helpful, the breakfast is excellent. The bed was very comfortable and both the bedroom and bathroom were made comfortable on a cold damp Prestom night with effective heating.

Location was very handy, 5minute taxi ride to centre. Very little traffic on the road outside, so sleep wasn’t disturbed.

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
A great location just a few minutes walk from the railways station. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the shared facilities good. My room was spotless and very well maintained, looking like it was almost new. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom and shower spacious. The hotel was quiet and I managed a very good nights sleep. I'd have no hesitation in staying again.
This was a lovely stay with David who is a fantastic host. I travelled for a work conference and felt very welcome. The room is comfortable, bedding and towels are luxurious. The house is very nicely decorated. It's close to the station but quiet and private. David is a friendly and thoughtful host and makes a great breakfast in the morning as well as giving local recommendations. He also let me drop my bag off early which was very much appreciated. It was a pleasure to meet him and stay in his home.
We have stayed here before to attend Rockprest at Moor park and liked it so much that it was our first choice for the same event .
We had a room right at the top ,nice and comfortable and clean and an excellent choice of breakfast fodder in the very pleasant dining room the next morning, private parking and a level road to walk up to Moor park ,just over a mile away .We highly recommend this charming hotel ,staff are friendly and helpful
3rd time we've stayed, great location, quiet, but near city centre. House always immaculate, well turned out. Was ready early for us, our request for that wasn't a problem to owners. Highly recommended for anyone having to stay in Preston. Looking forward to next visit.
