A great location on the edge of Pierowall, the main village on Westray. A traditional cottage, furnished traditionally with some mod cons, but don’t expect a modern luxury house. Lovely big comfortable queen size bed.
Dog friendly with a yard, garden area straight outside the back door. 10 minute walk to the hotel pub/restaurant, which does excellent and inexpensive food, dogs allowed in the back bar. Food stores 3 minutes walk away.
this is a 2 room b and b and as luck would have it we had the place to ourselves. the room was comfortable with all the essentials, a window overlooked a field of cows. breakfast was fun - varied and well cooked while the wets were very friendly and helpful. enjoyed the confort of the communal lounge.
Great location in the largest village of the island, Pierowall: one can reach all the main destinations in Sanday in a matter of a few tens of minutes.

Jerry is an intresting person, with a lot of interests and hobbies. Enough to say that he is the author of all the pictures hung in the B&B. take a few time to examine them.
Excellent eggs and local smoked salmon!
Room was ample and cozy with a large bathroom.
Linn and Adam are charming hosts (Linn was waiting outside to greet me on arrival).
The breakfast was hearty and home cooked local ingredients added to my enjoyment.
