Excellent location for my purposes (a show at the NEC) which was within easy reach. Free on site parking is very welcome, as is ease of access. The rooms are excellent & the staff will pretty much get you anything (within reason) for breakfast. I have to mention the 'cooked exactly how you want it' bacon sandwich. Just a great start to the day! I've been here before & I'll certainly come here again.

Absolutely fantastic, booked for a show at the NEC for my business. Less than 10 mins drive away, fantastic location. Lovely village walking distance from nice pubs and a few restaurants. The breakfast was fantastic, including gluten free toast and sausage for me, and the owners are so lovely and welcoming. Very comfortable ENORMOUS bed, spotlessly clean. Thanks guys!

Everything was perfect. The property was well cared for. The hostess was welcoming. It was the best stay for our UK trip and I definitely don’t say that for every place we stayed.

Great location for the NEC as the X1 bus stop is almost outside. Lovely garden and nice restaurant. Our room had double doors that opened to overlook the garden. The property is a bit tired and suffering from damp problems along the corridor. Can't beat the price for bed and breakfast. I will be staying here again next year.
The room was well appointed in a quiet location and a comfortable bed. Breakfast had a good choice for all tastes, with fresh fruit etc. and a good selection of hot food. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Lovely room in the courtyard recently revamped , very quiet, and a great location for visiting the NEC .
