I really liked how cosy the place was and in a nice quiet location, the cabin was stocked with snacks and a comfy bed. I absolutely love the bathroom, it was so nice and refreshing to have a bath/hot tub and a walk-in show, the cabin just felt so spacious. The cabin was just what me and my partner were looking for, better even. Everything was clean and tidy, nice big TV and the place even has a kitchen stocked with some supplies. The owner was very friendly and the whole property and garden was just so beautiful to look at and decorated with care. Hope to come back here in the future

Location is both an advantage and a disadvantage. It's close proximity to the Station and Town centre.
Also by a busy road which means super mega traffic noise. Open the window, one contends with the busy traffic noise; you shut the window, one contends with unbearable heat as its summer.

Great location to access NEC. Comfortable bed. Beautiful facade to building and perfectly fine inside. Friendly team in all parts of hotel - reception, cleaning, bar, breakfast. Easy parking. Quiet and pleasant. Would happily stay here again.
Stayed here as was attending an event at the NEC. Great location. Only 10-15 mins away from where I needed to be, very quiet !

Great location for the NEC as the X1 bus stop is almost outside. Lovely garden and nice restaurant. Our room had double doors that opened to overlook the garden. The property is a bit tired and suffering from damp problems along the corridor. Can't beat the price for bed and breakfast. I will be staying here again next year.
The room was well appointed in a quiet location and a comfortable bed. Breakfast had a good choice for all tastes, with fresh fruit etc. and a good selection of hot food. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Lovely room in the courtyard recently revamped , very quiet, and a great location for visiting the NEC .
