Incredible place to stay, the room decor is amazing, it was like staying in a stately home or a French chateau with added modern shower/bathroom facilities, TV (including Netflix) and lighting (some adjustable by remote control). The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was great. Highly recommended.

The room was nice and warm all night. Great breakfast. Staff friendly and charming. Bed was really comfy and our room was quiet which was great. Hotel located in a good area/neighbourhood. I would stay again and would definitely recommend.
Excellent breakfast (huge selection and lovely dining room) and a very attentive host with good communication. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities were clean and well maintained. WiFi stable and sufficient to allow me to work late. The quiet location meant I got a good night's rest. I also really appreciated the provision of water for drinking.
A lot more spacious than we expected it to be, very comfortable, good area with great public transport nearby. Very private and quiet despite being next to a main and busy road.
This is a stunning boutique hotel that's had love, time, effort and what must be a lot of money spent making it just right for the customer, that can appreciate somthing a little different.
Just a short 5 minute walk (but very peaceful and quiet) from the town centre and not the 8 miles that booking.com states.
