We liked that the property was clean and had comfy beds. The lounge area and breakfast room was bright and inviting. The breakfast was delicious- made to order. The host provided good information prior to checkin and recommendations for meals with walking distance. The property is relatively close to the Abbey, with other attractions steps away.

A marvellous modern rework of a period building that both reflected it's age but also catered to a modern clientele. Spacious bedroom, large extremely comfortable bed, and for once a large shower cubicle with individual control for the shower.

The hosts provided me with a wide variety of options for breakfast with plenty of each option plus a frdge, toaster, kettlevand microwave. They were welcoming and pleasant and handled check in quickly and efficiently. The room was spotless, comfortable and a good size and I was particularly impressed with the large walk in shower in the bathroom. Check out was equally easy and well managed.

Great location for the wedding venue we were going to. Our room was huge and beautiful, the bathroom was the size of most main hotel rooms! It was nice and quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent too. We would definitely stay here again. Excellent value for money compared to other local places to stay.

This is a beautiful old building in a town on the edge of Bristol and convenient also for Bath. My room was cozy and quiet facing away from the road. The staff could not have been more charming and helpful. Breakfast was great as well
