We did not stay. Though the hostess was nice, we were overwhelmed by the strong smell of some cleaning product. It triggered my asthma, so we ended up leaving, and after a long search found another place to stay. I couldn’t find the hostess when we were leaving, so I left a note explaining that we just couldn’t handle the fumes from the cleaning product and that we hoped she would give us some credit on the price. I don’t guess she did.

Excellently decorated room, excellent breakfast, friendly and attentive owners. Very clean. A great location. We also had an evening meal which was delicious and served efficiently and speedily. A really good find. Having previously stayed at a hotel for 4 nights and not been satisfied, I would like to take the owners of this pub to the hotel so that they can show that hotel how to do it properly 'from start to finish.'
