This is the only place in town to stay. It is an old pub with 3 guest rooms just across from it. The couple that run it just recently took it over. They are doing a great job! Great pub food this is the place where the locals come for a pint.

Nice cosy and clean room (and bathroom) - everything was spick and span. Good (vegan) breakfast options, though would've been nice if there were more savoury choices (there was only one, which I didn't have).
Excellent location as Princetown is in the centre of the moors, providing easy access all around.
Richard and Caroline were friendly and courteous, making the entire stay pleasant.

Everything was more than enjoyable. This guest house is perfectly located to be close to the city centre and allowed me to visit lots of things rather quickly. The bed had no business to be this comfortable, and the view was exceptional.

The location was great, near the main centre of town and easy walks to other areas of interest. The room was comfortable for 2 ( we had a twin room) The owners were very friendly and welcoming.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Very cosy, clean and so homely. The garden is beautiful and private and Richard couldn't have been more helpful. Great position to walk to the station (15 mins) for excellent hourly trains into Plymouth and beyond. Fantastic walks all round, 20 mins in car to local quiet beach and at least 3 or 4 good food pubs. Great base for exploring Devon and Cornwall so close to the A38 and trains.
A lovely quaint village country pub set in the beautiful quiet Devon countryside. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious, Breakfast was amazing, Ben was exeptional, friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable, nothing was ever too much trouble, always willing to help, making our stay thoroughly enjoyable and memorable!

Great hosts, quiet , clean and comfortable room, convenient parking. lovely surroundings for your morning walk, and to top it up, a superb , tasty and abundant breakfast carefully prepared by your hosts. Fantastic experience. Sometimes you find a pearl in your oyster!
Great location for exploring the south coast of Devon. History here of the GIs based here from America training for the D Day landings & the inspiration for the film Saving Private Ryan. Breakfast & dinner excellent. Staff very friendly & helpful. Plenty of free parking.
Cheap and great location. Rooms need totally refurbishing and I couldn’t eat breakfast. Mattresses awful. It was quite clean and I did sleep ok. I booked last minute and the location as ideal for visiting family. I will book elsewhere next time.
The property is beautiful - great location, amazingly appointed and just the perfect break. All the treats and extras of a hotel stay with the privacy of a private rental.
