Food and hospitality very good, as was parking. Ability to access cold milk, in communal fridge along with extra tea, coffee etc , really good idea. Really clean and good soaps, shampoos, bathrobes towels etc. welcome Gand T in room , cookies etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good service.

Superb guesthouse in a fantastic location, close to the town and seafront. Charming yet contemporary, clean and very comfortable with great facilities. We only stayed one night, but were offered the opportunity to leave our car parked on site after checking out, while we spent the day in Hunstanton.

The location was also perfect, and the staff were awesome.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Super quiet location, good facilities, friendly hosts, and brilliant weather, great location for wildlife and bird watching. What more could you ask for.

Great location close to a quiet beach. Ideal place for for taking a dog. Felt safe in the room as a solo traveller. Nice bonus to have breakfast provided and hosts had plenty of recommendations for evening meals. Room was cosy and had everything we needed. Overall would return as it was a good base to explore from in the day, with local pubs and beach walks in the evening.
