Rooms at number 3, hotel in Harleston

Rooms at number 3 is situated in Harleston, 11 km from Bungay Castle, 18 km from Eye Castle, and 23 km from Dunston Hall.

My room (number 2, double) was amazing! I had not paid too close attention when I booked for one night on a walking trip (Angles' Way, right on the route) so I didn't realise I'd be spending that night in a cleverly modernised suite in a historic building. Exposed oak beams, fireplace, huge bed, seating and dining areas, warm, looked out over the high street. Could have been a boutique hotel in London ... but there it would cost ten times more. Host was very friendly and helpful too.

Very nice country pub, well placed for my following days meetings. Accommodation is a block of rooms set away from the pub, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped. I ate dinner in the pub which was excellent, with great service and lovely staff. I left too early for breakfast but I was given an excellent pre packed meal. Good value and I would recommend this hotel Karsen and Hanna were particularly outstanding thank you all.

Easy to find & good parking. The place was clean & very well maintained. The room was a decent size & the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also nice. There are photos on the walls of the property prior to renovation, when the review would not have been good.

A very old and quaint hotel which provided an interesting stay. Many areas have "wonky" doors, walls, no right angles and sloping floors which is fun after some alcohol.:-)

Lovely old historic building with wobbly walls and uneven floors which are charming. Staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us store our bicycles safely. They also arranged an earlier breakfast to suit us.

Excellent breakfast. Great location, positioned overlooking the market square. Lovely bedroom with tea making facilities and ensuite bathroom. The TV was the centre point of the room a lot bigger than any hotel we have ever stayed in. Staff all very friendly and welcoming.

Steph was extremely welcoming and couldn't do enough for us to make our stay enjoyable. The accommodation is very spacious, immaculately clean and nicely furnished throughout. There was plenty of choice at breakfast which was all freshly prepared. The room was very quiet and the bed very comfortable. Would recommend the b and b to anyone.

Friendly and welcoming staff, charming rooms with period features, nice restaurant and bar on ground floor, really excellent breakfast the next morning. Parking was free, but limited outside the hotel, with more free parking about a 2 minute walk away from the hotel. Before I forget, the room also had Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, biscuits and 2 bottles of spring water, (which was a really nice touch). We would definitely stay there again.
