Wangford was pleasant enough, apart from the church ( securely locked !). Nice to have a village shop. In terms of its geographical position it was excellent, being close to Blythburgh and the sea at Southwold, and well placed for our return journey to Norwich.

The room was huge, with a separate porch entrance and completely separate bathroom area. It was comfortable and clean. The most outstanding part of the stay was breakfast. It is one of the best English Breakfasts we've ever had. We didn't spend much time in the pub (other than breakfast) but it looked so cosy, well looked after, with a lot of pride in local produce. We stayed for a wedding at Henham Barns (just down the road) but we often visit Southwold which it is also ideally located for. It is dog friendly and child friendly so we will definitely be back with our little one and our dog for a trip to Southwold.

Mine and my partners second time visiting, room was lovely and comfortable, both dinner and breakfast was delicious and all staff were polite and very accommodating. Great value for money and would definitely recommend! Will be staying again in the future ☺️

The room, which was one of three in the annex, was clean, comfortable and cosy. The food was excellent. The choices on the menu for the evening meal was varied and would cater for all tastes.It would be worth reserving a table for an evening meal. This old coaching inn is like stepping back in time with small rooms, an open fire, and very sociable. There isn't a bar but a tap room with a fine selection of good quality beers. The owners and the staff were all brilliant and welcoming.

Very clean accommodation in a very peaceful quiet area. Fully equipped kitchen and great shower. The garden was totally private with bird feeders and it was a delight watching the different birds feeding during the day 😀 Feri and Steve were very helpful and kind if needed.

View onto garden through open doors listening to the birds drinking a morning coffee! Fabulous cooked breakfasts. Fabulous host, extremely helpful reference local visits and things to do.
