I could not get there until after check-in time and then left early the next morning for the airport and the host was very accommodating in both cases.

The coziness of the room was nice, tray with breakfast bowls on the bed was welcoming and TV and soft lighting added to that. The mattress was a bit ‘soft’ but that’s a matter of taste. The breakfast, cereals and milk in the fridge was a bit of a surprise, I expected a Full English in a B&B for the price paid. The wet room needs updating, the rainfall shower spurted water out in directions it shouldn’t have, making towels and toilet wet unexpectedly. There were no teaspoons to make hot drinks, a toaster in the room but no bread, but the worst thing was the early morning disturbance on Sunday from the builders directly behind the bedroom window! If I’d been pre-warned I may not have minded but for this reason I wouldn’t stay again or recommend this B&B

I really liked the location as it was in a quiet suburban neighborhood and was easy to access in our rental car driving up from London. The staff was also excellent. When we first got there, we found that our room had only one small bed when we were expecting two beds and the manager was super helpful in making sure we were able to change rooms to better accommodate our needs.

I loved how secure and secluded the b&b was. I was expecting a house style b&b to then find an extension of rooms along the garden was lovely and felt more private. Ian was a very charming and attentive host. Breakfast and the breakfast room was lovely. It was also very nice to have access to that room throughout the stay to store drinks in the fridge or eat your take away in the evening in there instead of in your room. I will definitely recommend. Thank you!
Super room (single) and extremely comfortable, quiet and clean. Not en-suite in this room but modern bathroom with luxury shower next door. Hosts extremely friendly and helpful, marvellous breakfast and even offered me a lift when taxi didn’t turn up. They went out of their way to provide exceptional service. Would stay again.
