We had a very warm welcome. The host was very friendly and super helpful. The bedroom and shower room were both comfortable and very clean. Although it is so near the airport we were not disturbed by noise. A good choice for breakfast - cereals, breads to toast, yoghurts, fresh fruit, tea, coffee and fruit juice. We look forward to returning when we next visit family in Liverpool.

I loved how secure and secluded the b&b was. I was expecting a house style b&b to then find an extension of rooms along the garden was lovely and felt more private. Ian was a very charming and attentive host. Breakfast and the breakfast room was lovely. It was also very nice to have access to that room throughout the stay to store drinks in the fridge or eat your take away in the evening in there instead of in your room. I will definitely recommend. Thank you!
Super room (single) and extremely comfortable, quiet and clean. Not en-suite in this room but modern bathroom with luxury shower next door. Hosts extremely friendly and helpful, marvellous breakfast and even offered me a lift when taxi didn’t turn up. They went out of their way to provide exceptional service. Would stay again.
