We enjoyed the end room in the corner with the bench, it was lovely sitting outside under cover. Our hosts were very friendly, kind and hospitable. When we arrived we were brought a tea tray with cakes ( even providing a gluten free one!) Amazing choice of breakfast, done to your individual requirements. Everywhere was clean, and thought had gone into providing things you might require. John provided good suggestions on where to visit. Good location for visiting the Broads and the seaside.

John and Suzanne provided a warm welcome and an excellent breakfast. Everything in their power to affect they did. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. The garden was beautifully kept and the outside space each room has would have been very good if the weather had been better.
A very personal experience and fantastic hosts., with a welcome tea and cake also! The room was clean and as expected with great facilities. Secure and ample private parking with cover and private garden for use with all guests. Also, the breakfast is fantastic and great value for money, would highly recommend! We would definitely stay again as it suited our needs perfectly and more. Plenty of pubs around for food also.
property was detached, had all the mod cons needed. very efficient of host in arranging key collection. A home from home. great location. very quiet area . hot tub with lights was fantastic, literally everything needed was catered for. great for family getaway. take some bread and feed the ducks...they will pop and see you daily
