I cannot imagine a better location. Situated directly at the southern edge of Loch Ness, a beautiful lawn rolls down to the water. We also happened to be next to the dock for our Loch Ness cruise. We simply walked through the gate on the side of the front lawn. The history of the building added to the magic.
Taigh Sealladh Fèidh B&B enjoys a location in Fort Augustus, 28 miles from Glen Nevis and 19 miles from Urquhart Castle.

Where to begin. This is truly an exceptional property run by exceptional people. The care taken is evident in every aspect of your stay. From the mini-fridge in your room with chilled milk for your morning coffee to the little Summer House out back to relax in after checkout, this was a place to remember. Breakfast is served around a square table causing the guests to interact with each other. Allen and Shiela have designed it this way because they believe it's important to feel comfortable in their "home away from home" and want to encourage interaction. Breakfast was sumptuous, room was thoughtfully appointed (even had USB outlets!), they have thought of everything so you don't have to! I could go on and on about this special place.
This traditional highland hotel, close to Loch Ness, is in the Highland village of Invermoriston and is ideally located on the A82 at the junction for Skye, Lochaber and Inverness is 40-minute drive...

The staff was wonderful. They were very helpful. The sitting area with the wooden stove was cozy. It was very quiet. And the hotel is ideally situated to explore the region. We would love to return again sometime.

Very Enjoyable Stay
The place was lovely, a quiet village with nice walks. Great location, room was great, had a lovely shower.
Breakfast was nice and the host was very helpful.
We stayed in one of the domes which was well equipped and thoughtfully laid out. The immediate and wider setting is beautiful, the site itself is well maintained whilst also kept natural with trees and wildflowers around the pods. This is a family business which results in a friendly, small scale campsite and an overall great experience. Great location, quiet but easily accessible
It was a really quiet, private location with bunnies hopping about on the lawn but only a five minute walk to the canal and Loch Ness.. A very comfortable, homey cottage with absolutely every amenity.
Basic bed and breakfast.
The location is excellent, the place is very clean, comfortable beds, quiet and pleasant to spend the night there.
The breakfast is excellent, the staff is kind and welcoming.
Communication with the place before arrival was very good.
This is a very good place to rest on the Great Glen Way.
Great location, short walk into town. The Croft is very comfortable and has all you need for a great stay, well equipped kitchen. Very quiet area. Comfortable Double bed, but a bit small.
