There is not much to like about our whole experience during our stay. There were 2 members of staff that did try to help make our stay better but that is it.

The owner is one of the nicest people I have ever met.
Lyn and Lee were fabulous hosts and offered above and beyond. Room was more spacious than anticipated with private bath. Quiet even with being on the main road. Delicious breakfast and even vegetarian options (including vegetarian haggis)! And having tea and coffee in the room was nice to have.
Rooms are spotless, quiet part of Elgin means that you get all the sleep you want, the breakfast is exceptional. Sophie is a great host and you feel welcome from the first moment you see her.

the space of the apartment was a luxury, equipped kitchen included all what was needed for a short stay, house is located in a quiet area, in walking distance( 20 min) from the city Centre; we were impressed from the house and garden .

Nice comfortable and clean! Cozy bed and breakfast close to city center and public transport. Good placement for travelling around with public transport but they also offer parking. Good value for money with private bathrooms available. Our floor also had a tiny kitchen for the guests to use.
