We checked in to the Grosvenor Arms as a last minute resort after the heating failed at our property. The staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful. We had a meal in the evening and breakfast in the morning and the food was second to none. Cleanliness was also brilliant. The whole ambience was perfect and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting value for money.

The breakfast was excellent, well cooked by Tim and beautifully presented. The dining room and rest of the house was spotlessly clean and we were made very welcome by both Tim & Helen, who were on hand to give us the benefit of their local knowledge. Our room at the front of the house was beautifully presented, with a comfortable bed and tea & coffee making facilities. The en-suite was spacious and immaculate with everything we could possibly need. All in all a great place to stay.

Lovely hosts, excellent breakfast and fabulous room
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
The breakfast was excellent with a choice of yoghurts, lovely fresh fruits, granola, museli all laid out beautifully on the table with fresh flowers. Of course a cooked breakfast too with fresh mushrooms and tomatoes! The bathroom (a few steps outside the bedroom along the landing) was very nicely appointed with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Dressing gowns were provided so I could walk to the bathroom without having to get dressed.
Breakfast was excellent and cooked to order each morning during our stay. Our hosts were absolutely lovely and went out of their way to ensure that we were made to feel very welcome and well looked after. The accommodation is within the host's own home which is a charming listed farm house with lots of amazing features. It is also a working farm so each morning we woke up to the sound of either the cattle or the chickens. The location is beautiful with stunning views over the countryside and farm - ideal for a peaceful, relaxed break.
Lovely bed and breakfast in a comfortable, tastefully furnished farmhouse situated in a quiet location. Delicious extensive breakfast on offer. Roaring log fire to greet us when we came down to breakfast! Deb, our host, was very friendly and attentive.
Quaint cottage in lovely village setting, ideal for us visiting christmas lights at Stourhead. Nice to get the fire log burner going (with some inital logs to burn there for you), giving a great atmosphere. Very well stocked with everything you'll need from the kitchen to books, with comprehensive notes to assist you. All in all, a great find in great location and would definitely recommend.
Milton Farm is a lovely little guest house with a large bedroom and private bathroom across the landing. The location is fairly isolated so it’s very quiet at night. Milton Farm is only a couple of minutes drive from Hindon which has some very nice pubs. The Grosvenor Arms is worth checking out. Our host, Deb, was lovely and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious and consisted of a full English, fruits, yoghurt, granola, cereals and pretty much everything you could think of. We would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful and cosy BnB in a quiet and quaint area. After my lovely overnight stay, was treated to an AMAZING breakfast cooked by the host. Will definitely come again for a getaway!
