The room was quite large, clean and comfortable. Upon arrival the mattress appeared to be on the thin side, but it turned out to be quite comfortable and we slept wonderfully!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was a highlight, with ample servings which set me up for the day. The hotel itself was cozy and warm, in contrast to the cold weather outside. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. The location was idea making it easy to explore the area.

Large, comfy room with exceptionally clean bathroom. Little fridge was great. All the little touches from water and snacks in the room to a FAN!! The fan was something I have never seen in our travels and greatly appreciate since I never sleep without one at home!

Breakfast was OK since it was free.
Our room was lovely and cosy warm, it was clean, and everything worked OK even the TV reception was good this time. The gentleman at the reception went out of his way to make us welcome and said if there was anything we needed just to let him know.
Dingwall is a nice little town to visit with ample shops etc. We enjoyed a lovely Indian meal at the Chilli Masala restaurant only a very short walking distance from the waverly Inn.

Breakfast was fabulous, hostess was fabulous, view was incredible. We loved our stay there.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Returned here after an overnight stay in 2017 as we loved our stay then and this time was just as lovely. Rooms are so thoughtfully and stylishly appointed, beautiful linen, fluffy robes, good lighting, lovely toiletries and a really delightful extra touch of a delicious home cooked snack and a nip of whisky. Breakfast was delightful, fresh fruits, creamy yoghurt and a fabulous full Scottish to follow. The host, Alison is so charming and helpful too. Perfect b and b 💖
The staff were lovely
Car parking was ideal
Room was great value for money
Nice view with lovely wide window
Working tv and a great size
Quiet and peaceful
Great location, right in the town centre
Very much enjoyed my stay. Sandra, the host/owner greeted me with much warmth and showed me to my single room, which was perfect for my two night stay. Warm, comfortable and excellent WiFi. My private bathroom had the option of using the bath, which is a rarity nowadays, or a power shower. Breakfast was excellent, with a choice of continental, cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt or a fully cooked breakfast. Cannot fault anything. Will definitely be booking again.
For a stay to break up a long journey North The Waverley was easy to find, good parking and quiet. The staff really try to help. Cheap and just a step up from a youth hostel.
