This is a wonderful B&B, very clean and very comfortable. Also very peaceful in a beautiful location. We had the Pond View room and loved watching the ducks troop out each morning! Ann is a lovely hostess, and her breakfasts are outstanding. Highly recommended.

The location was great. The breakfast choice was great. The room was very clean and felt like a home away from home. Very easy and clear entry instructions. Would definitely book again and recommend.

Very comfortable stay at Cantrip Cottage. Spacious double room and en-suite. Off road parking and local pub 10 minute walk down the road. Excellent breakfast - my thanks to Gillie for being a great host.
The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. I enjoyed a super breakfast whilst watching the birds in the garden and chatting amiably with Gillie, who is a great host.
Another excellent stay at the lovely Boiler Room; great location for work; not far from shops to buy in provisions for our meals; nice to keep the inner front door open at night to let a nice Fife breeze into the apartment; a nice private outdoor space to enjoy after work; close to Cupar station for my commute to Edinburgh too
The Cobbles was a great place to stay. Location is perfect, not only in the town but also to drive to Perth and Edinburgh which was our plan.
The flat is spacious, clean, modern, comfortable, it has everything you need for entertainment and also to cook a nice meal. Is quiet and private.
