The room was spacious, dining room very comfortable and well laid out, breakfast first class. The decor was what you hope for but rarely find in overnight accommodation, comfortable and welcoming. Soundproofing was very good, totally quiet in the room allowing for a restful good night's sleep.

Very friendly staff, very clean and comfy and a really delicious breakfast! Can't fault our stay at all. Jackie was also a gem and helped me de-ice my car as I didn't have any de-icer which was so thoughtful. I will definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

It was great, everything had been thought of. There was a good selection of breakfast options. The accommodation was lovely and cosy despite it being a cold time of year.

Great location, right in the heart of the city, yet quiet and private. The room was immaculate, clean, the bed was so comfy and there were nice touches like Prosseco and chocs.
Quiet an peacefull stay just outside Carlisle city center. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the host was very kind to accomodate to my dietary requests. It's a great location for those walking along Hadrian's wall path.
We liked the size of the rooms and facilities, although didn't have time to use the pool.
The room was comfortable and spacious and the city centre location was quiet and extremely handy for local shops, pubs and restaurants.
As this was for work at Dalston it was in a great location.
