The room was great with the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept in. The hosts were wonderful and could do enough to help us. The facilities were great, with the basics of tea and coffee but also specialist teas and coffees as well, and biscuits. Breakfast was made to order and was perfect.
I can not speak any more highly enough of them, it was a perfect stay and I recommend people to go and stay there.

We only had one night here so did not have enough time to take advantage of this lovely location. Our host, Beverley was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay here again.

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
This place is just great. Really friendly and helpful owners who can't do enough for you. They provide an excellent breakfast and the property is situated in a lovely and convenient location. We will always stay here when visiting our friends in Sudbury xx
It was spacious with lovely decor and very luxurious soft furnishings. It had a jacuzzi bath and hot tub. We stayed in the ‘Den’ and it had a huge private garden. Very modern. The breakfast was brought to our apartment, and was beautifully cooked and was excellent quality. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. It was peacefully quiet. It was exceptionally clean. It is in the countryside, so a car would be required to get to the town centre etc.
easy to find on main road but quiet and in a lovely setting. Room was clean and well equipped had obviously been recently refurbished. Continental breakfast was basic but we upgraded at little extra cost and had lovely scrambled eggs on toast. Vanessa , our hostess, was charming. I can recommend the Shoulder of Mutton in nearby Assington Village for a lovely evening meal.
Breakfast: m&s pastries (what a treat...), selection of cereals, yogurt with fruit, tea and orange juice everything was high quality and served immediately. Room and bathroom: impossibly clean and lovely hot bath, very comfortable bed and quiet location. Great hosts, great parking, fantastic.
