This is a very lovely home and gardens, and we stayed in the "atelier", a separate cottage. We were happy that our grandchildren, who we were traveling with us, had some green space to run and play in. The owners were very friendly, especially Claire. The cottage is very nicely decorated, and is very spacious. Claire was nice enough to bring us breakfast in the cottage, and to explain to us where to turn off to get a beautiful view of the Loire river before we set off to visit Chateaux Chambord. She also gave us some excellent suggestions about the horse and falconry show at the Chateaux Chambord, that our grandchildren enjoyed very much. Thank you Claire! The home is very quiet, and we were able to get a good night's rest. We liked that we were able to have a "family room", as we were traveling with our two small grandchildren. We would gladly return to this lovely home!
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
The hosts Sylvie and Alain were exceptional and were wonderful. The Chateau was excellent and it's history interesting. Thoroughly enjoyed the location and the peace and quiet amongst nature. The room was very comfortable and the view from the windows great.

The hosts were absolutely charming and full of information and very welcoming into their private space too. Charming chateau near Blois surrounded by nature is a great place to stay. You can feel the real french culture there. The rooms are filled with beautiful antiques, oriental carpets and wonderful artworks. The owners are incredibly helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was very delicious! Definitely recommend this place for a perfect stay while visiting the castles!
Antoine was a great host. We felt very welcomed at his property and him and his son prepared the best breakfast for us. Those freshly laid fried eggs were to die for.
He was very accommodating with our request and very responsive to my questions before our arrival.
