The building is a 15th century building and is very good. The room was on top floor and was very spacious. 1 single bed and a double in back bedroom. Then another double bed in the open at the back of apartment past the kitchen and sitting room . .the host is very welcoming and provided breakfast outside of our room, which was great. The location is good also. Only 5min walk in to the main part of Rennes shops and bars. And you can leave bags the next day in building.
