Stayed there for a few nigts only. Very secure place, very good communication with the owner. Place is far enough from the centre of town and it was very quiet there.
Flat was very clean with coffee machine and fridge, books, nothing else needed on a solo trip. Very cozy patio area.
You need to like cats as it was one coming to stay with me every night. Highly recomend this place and definitely I will come back.

The location was perfect, a beautiful local town. A true experience of Spanish life. The room itself was clean and well equipped, it was very small but more than worth the money that we paid for it. The cleaners were there daily but some of the other residents were a little inconsiderate with their cleanliness or lack thereof. When we entered our room we were surprised with a beautiful arrangement on the bed to celebrate my wife's birthday, which consisted of a bottle of wine and a birthday card containing a beautiful message. The host was also able to meet our extra demands with no problem.

Huge terrace which mainly is protected from the prevailing wind. Sunshine until dark as it faces south west onto the windsurfing beach and Montana Roja.
Its a beach house, not an apartment, so lots of space and feels very private.
Quiet, no noisy neighbours, or traffic, just the sound of the sea.
Everything works inside, nothing fancy but a five star location. The steps directly onto the boardwalk are fabulous for morning swim and unexpected parking in own driveway, was a bonus.
Just as the pictures show, so bright and spacious! Lovely and quiet. We loved the pool on site and the private balcony. Great location with a mini mall and supermarket across the road and one bus to get to Playa de Las Americas if you want a change in scenery.
