Manfred and Alta gracia were very assistant and will go an extra mile to make your stay even better, AC works as new, location is great, spectacular beach at front of lucy amenities, fancy restaurants and street food around the area. I loved the outdoor open air shower with it's fresh water that falls perfect after the sunny beach.

Great location, not too far walk to the beach. Close by restaurant options, and supermarket. Only a couple blocks to the highway for trips to the Capital and to/from the airport. (Cheap bus near the beach to get to the Capitol too.) Nice lounge chairs with umbrellas by the pool, towels provided, brought to you when you swim. Bathrooms by the pool. Quiet pool area, private/unseen from the street. Breakfast included, a bonus. Colmados nearby. Locked entrance for safety. VERY friendly, sweet, and kind staff. Good coffee. They nicely provided hot water when asked so I could have the teas I brought. (I drink tea daily and brought many as I failed to notice there wouldn't be microwaves.) Good sized room, with a table, small plastic chair, and mini fridge. I had a tiny shower with small one side of glass that wet the bathroom, and a longer walk than the others to the pool and dining area, but their rooms were great and poolside. My floor was nice. Great place for family to spend a vacation together but be in separate rooms, have alone time, etc. We seemed to have the place to ourselves most of the week. When others were staying it wasn't like anyone was on top of each other. Nice and quiet, respectful.

Pedro is an exceptional host, very generous and willing to be a driver for us. LOVED the pool, and the grounds are spectacular. Very handy to the airport, only a 10 minute drive.

I liked the fact that this hotel is located close to practically everything you’d want to do in Boca Chica. During my stay, the hostess Fifa made sure I had coffee every morning and that all my needs were met. Fifa definitely deserves a raise for all her hard work and dedication.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.

Very nice territory, green and clear. a quiet place without road noise. Great spacier room, bath, and terrace. Beachside with clear sand and a lot of places for rest.
Apartment was clean and spacious, with all of the required features. The resort was quiet and peaceful, which we appreciated. Staff were helpful despite the language barrier. Overall very satisfying break in the sun.
Great location and views, the apartment is very spacious with big, comfortable beds, plenty of areas to relax or work. It´s just a few minutes walk to the beach, couple of supermarkets and restaurants. Big pool, BBQ and eating area to enjoy.
The apartment is in excellent condition and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is adequately equipped, including a blender and a coffee maker. The property itself is in a very quiet, peaceful location with 24-hr front gate security. The Emotions beach is a 10-min walk door-to-beach.
It is true that there is a direct way to a supposed "private" beach, unfortunately not clean (dogs going around) where it is impossible to swim because of shallow water (shin-high) alternated with big rocky and alga areas
