it’s a last minute booking around eight and it turned out the owner doesn’t take any booking after 18:00 but she was so kind to welcome us.

Exceptional holiday house in a great location. It is right in the old city, close to the shopping street and within walking (or bus) distance from the main station. The house is super spacious and very lovely done up.
Neat and clean place close to the city centre. Rooms were basic but comfortable . Restaurant was excellent. Breakfast basic and good. Service and staff were very good. Was good enough for a business trip. Would not rate it as luxury though.
