The staff were incredibly helpful. We had a flat tire and they changed it for us. The road to the lodge requires a four wheel drive vehicle. But, the experience was fantastic.

Super fun two-night stay in this little neighborhood oasis. Owners are terrific and kind people, delicious breakfast and super filling (was not expecting that, thank you!). As others have mentioned, we sampled their homemade hot chocolate and the owner took us around on a little night tour of the gardens - especially loved seeing the sleeping birds all tucked in among the plants. Room, clean and comfy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property boasts a picturesque, park-like ambiance with abundant native plants and a symphony of birds. Nestled in a tranquil, secluded location surrounded by nature, it’s an ideal retreat. The hosts are warm, personable, and always eager to provide recommendations for local activities and dining. They’re also knowledgeable about the area’s flora, fauna, and Costa Rican way of life.
The breakfast spread is delightful, featuring locally made jams and freshly baked bread. Don’t miss the chance to sample their homemade chocolate crafted from cacao beans grown right on the property! The cabin itself is comfortable and equipped with modern conveniences, including ample hot water, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.
One of the highlights was spending time on the patio, where we could listen to and observe a variety of birds, including vibrant toucans. The property offers scenic trails and even a swimming pool, making it easy to enjoy a full day without venturing beyond its boundaries

The view was amazing. I loved laying on the hammock outside.
Staff were so accommodating. We set a time with them when we would meet, but we ended up texting them 2 times to push our check on time later. So much to see in the area
Great location to the park and this wonderful, beautiful restaurant , it seemed was out in the middle of no where. The coolest restaurant I have ever seen.
We enjoyed a lot our stay in this chalet, we were delighted of the amount of birds that were on site and the views all around. It’s a very private space and super peaceful, but it is still very close to places we wanted to discover and useful shops or services. I recommend it a lot !
Thank you guys
Clean and cheap no frills property, really friendly English speaking owner and next door to private access to Rio Celeste and easy reach of mini market and restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Very close to Tenorio National park
Food was amazing. Staff very accommodating. We had casa 9 and it was secluded from the rest with a hammock. I feel like we hit the jackpot. Showers were cold however we were in the mountains totally expected. Close to all the nature hikes and private swim in the blue waters of Rio Celeste.
