The Nvue Resort was the best choice for our stay at the Zhangjiajie National Park.
Ming and his colleague were so awesome!!!! I never experienced and employee that is so engaged and is providing such a good service.
We wanted to find a hotel in a natural setting, away from the noisy tourist area but still close to the park entrance. This hotel is only 10 min from the Middle entrance so after we booked the room, the manager, Ming, messaged us to arrange to pick us up at this entrance. As English speaking travelers, it can be difficult to travel to remote locations so this was quite convenient for us. The hotel is located just a 5 minute walk from one of the other entrances which made it easy to visit the park. We loved the quiet location, close to a small village where we could watch the farmers harvest their crops. Many staff members spoke excellent English and each one of them worked hard to make sure our needs were met.
They can help you book the tickets for attractions and arrange transportations to give you a easy and smooth trip.
They also so patient to help you arrange tour plan according to your time,so sweet.
The hotel restaurant had a good variety of menu options which were delicious and plentiful,We really enjoy the coffee here and bread and fruit, omelte and so on.

Quiet and quaint hotel at the foothills of Zhangjiajie national park. Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful and accommodating. The location near to the West gate of the national park makes it easy to avoid the crowds who normally enters from the East gate. It was a very pleasant stay.

It was in a great location for the west gate (5 minute walk) - coming from here was so much less crowded and accessing the Bailong elevator going down was so quick (walking past the other way meant you would be waiting hours). It was clean and quiet. The family are friendly and helpful!
Amazing location and view, close enough to the south gate of the national park, but very private, not crowded at all. Host and staff were extremely welcoming, nice and helpful. Our host helped with planning and suggested great locations worth visiting. Rooms were clean and well-equipped, designed beautifully to the smallest detail. Food was very delicious, we had a wonderful time, highly recommend!
Great location for visiting the Zhangjiajie National Park. A short walk from the hotel to one of the quietest entrances to the park, you can avoid massive crowds and queues. The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful, they can speak fluent English,they can help you solve any questions. providing walking routes and tips for the all the scenic areas in Zhangjiajie. They also helped with booking tickets and transport. The food at the hotel is tasty.Breakfast is amazing for foreigner.
I had an incredible stay here, it was perfect for my visit to Zhangjiajie! The place is in a great location to be able to access the National Park and the Glass Bridge Grand Canyon nearby. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and contain everything you need. The neighbourhood was quiet and was very safe. Our host, Rebecca, is very welcoming and makes you feel right at home. She helped us with so much, such as booking tickets, suggesting an itinerary and providing tips, arranging transportation and getting breakfast, and goes above and beyond!
