Location is great and central. Walking distance to many restaurants and the river/bridge. Only 5 mins taxi to the East entrance of Zhangjiajie National Park. We got a complimentary upgrade and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The best part of the stay is the host himself Mr. Chen. He gave us recommendations on the itinerary and helped us book all the tickets to the parks. Extremely helpful, kind and generous. Highly recommended place to stay!!

Ms. Rebecca, booked us the entrance ticket for national park without any additional fee, planned the attractions for us on the map and also delivered us to the park entrance for free. It was the great plan and she made the best experience for us at this city.

About the room, it was so clean, and have every things that you need.
The most surprised facility is washing machine, you can use it for free, it was super.

We loved everything, the nicest place we have stayed in China. The location is amazing right next to a quiet entrance to the park, the pool and the hot tub were great after a day of exploring aswell. The staff were the highlight though, really helpful for planning an itinerary and booking tickets, even dropped us in and picked us up from the nearest town to have dinner one night. The food at the hotel is also very good, we ate dinner there the rest of the time and filled up on a great breakfast every morning before heading into the park.

The staff was very helpful for planning all the stay. With the help of a handmap we could plan all the routes in the park. Also good recommendations for food in town. The owner was always around and ready to ask for how was the day and the trip.

The most amazing hosts. Very cozy family feeling. The owner helped us with everything, she went with us to the bus station for tickets, buy food and recommended amazing hotpot restaurant including getting a ticket for a great deal (80RMB for 2 persons). Its proximity to yangjiajie ticket gate. Just a walking distance. Carol, the owner, was very accomodating, helpful and very fluent in English, too, which was a very big plus. She served as our travel consultant and she suggested the best places to visit given the vastness of Zhiangjiajie Nature Park.

Quiet and quaint hotel at the foothills of Zhangjiajie national park. Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful and accommodating. The location near to the West gate of the national park makes it easy to avoid the crowds who normally enters from the East gate. It was a very pleasant stay.

It was in a great location for the west gate (5 minute walk) - coming from here was so much less crowded and accessing the Bailong elevator going down was so quick (walking past the other way meant you would be waiting hours). It was clean and quiet. The family are friendly and helpful!
Amazing location and view, close enough to the south gate of the national park, but very private, not crowded at all. Host and staff were extremely welcoming, nice and helpful. Our host helped with planning and suggested great locations worth visiting. Rooms were clean and well-equipped, designed beautifully to the smallest detail. Great location for visiting the Zhangjiajie National Park. A short walk from the hotel to one of the quietest entrances to the park, you can avoid massive crowds and queues. The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful, they can speak fluent English,they can help you solve any questions. providing walking routes and tips for the all the scenic areas in Zhangjiajie. They also helped with booking tickets and transport. The food at the hotel is tasty.Breakfast is amazing for foreigner.
I had an incredible stay here, it was perfect for my visit to Zhangjiajie! The place is in a great location to be able to access the National Park and the Glass Bridge Grand Canyon nearby. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and contain everything you need. The neighbourhood was quiet and was very safe. Our host, Rebecca, is very welcoming and makes you feel right at home. She helped us with so much, such as booking tickets, suggesting an itinerary and providing tips, arranging transportation and getting breakfast, and goes above and beyond!
