Rebecca was great - gave good insight about the activities around the area. The room was clean. We had the room on the top (5th) floor and it wasn’t bad climbing the stairs every day. They also help you wash your clothes but there’s no dryer so it took two days for me to get my clothes back. Breakfast was also very delicious.

The staff have the best customer service. From booking to actual arrival, the whole experience was seamless. We asked for airport transfer (at a fee), it was arranged all right, then our flight got delayed, and they arranged accordingly without any hiccups. Every morning, they will ask a few questions what we planned to do that day and they will show us on the map how to execute it. I fell very ill on the 3rd day due to motion sickness and they arranged the kitchen staff to cook white porridge for me during breakfast and they asked me again the next day if I need porridge as well. Breakfast variety is limited and the same everyday but the staff can cook noodles if you want. You can order dinner from their menu and they will cook based on the time you specified. Very humble, sincere and down-to-earth reception and kitchen staff, and they pay good attention to details and made us feel so comfortable just like home. Room has all the necessities and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located near Zimugang (Zhong Men) Entrance, around 15 mins walk and 5 mins drive, very nice and quiet if you want to avoid the hordes of tourists at downtown (Dong Men). And the staff can send you to the entrance and bring you back to the hotel from Zimugang after a day in ZJJ. This is easily one of the warmest and most memorable stay I've come across.

The location of this hotel was perfect, and easy taxi ride from Zhangjajie station to the hotel did not cost much, and we were able to easily walk to the National park entrance for opening (and be the first ones into the park)

We really enjoyed ourselves staying here. The staff were so lovely and helpful with everything. The young man in the afternoon was great help explaining how to spend our days and get around the parks, his English was good. We had a driver each day, he was lovely. He would take us wherever we wanted in the day and he would make sure we got into places ok. He really looked after us. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning, felt like home cooking. LOVED the coffee. Our room was a great size, good size bathroom. Location was perfect, walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the national park. Didn’t want to leave

Quiet and quaint hotel at the foothills of Zhangjiajie national park. Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful and accommodating. The location near to the West gate of the national park makes it easy to avoid the crowds who normally enters from the East gate. It was a very pleasant stay.

It was in a great location for the west gate (5 minute walk) - coming from here was so much less crowded and accessing the Bailong elevator going down was so quick (walking past the other way meant you would be waiting hours). It was clean and quiet. The family are friendly and helpful!
Amazing location and view, close enough to the south gate of the national park, but very private, not crowded at all. Host and staff were extremely welcoming, nice and helpful. Our host helped with planning and suggested great locations worth visiting. Rooms were clean and well-equipped, designed beautifully to the smallest detail. Great location for visiting the Zhangjiajie National Park. A short walk from the hotel to one of the quietest entrances to the park, you can avoid massive crowds and queues. The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful, they can speak fluent English,they can help you solve any questions. providing walking routes and tips for the all the scenic areas in Zhangjiajie. They also helped with booking tickets and transport. The food at the hotel is tasty.Breakfast is amazing for foreigner.
I had an incredible stay here, it was perfect for my visit to Zhangjiajie! The place is in a great location to be able to access the National Park and the Glass Bridge Grand Canyon nearby. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and contain everything you need. The neighbourhood was quiet and was very safe. Our host, Rebecca, is very welcoming and makes you feel right at home. She helped us with so much, such as booking tickets, suggesting an itinerary and providing tips, arranging transportation and getting breakfast, and goes above and beyond!
