This property far exceeded our expectations. The photos really don’t do the place justice. The grounds are beautifully curated, the accommodation tastefully arranged & the staff exceptionally lovely. Not only do we wish we stayed longer but we are already talking about our next visit. Big thanks to our host Daniel from reception who helped us arrange things and gave great local advice. The entire place was very clean and looked like new. The dorm room for 6 was lovely and had good storage lockers. The outdoor kitchen was beautiful and decently equipped and I enjoyed using the pool in the afternoons when the sun was over it. I was only guest there at the time so had the entire place to myself and it was beautiful. Eggs, bread and juice in the fridge was a really nice touch too! Pisco Elqui is a small place so location wise it was good as everything is within walking distance including the bus stop.

If you search a remote and quiet place, this is it! The camp is very unique and buildt with lots of love. From the camp, you have an awesome view of the valley and its surrounding mountains. It is amazing to see the change of the colors during sunrise and sunset. It is an excellent place for stargazing as well!! Just make yourself comfortable around the firepit and enjoy the night.

Located directly at the Elqui river, we received the tent with windows in the roof to see the stars at night. Unfortunately, the tent is placed below a tree…
The place also offered globe tents with huge windows.
Each tent has a separate private bathroom.

Great location in this small town, an easy stroll to many restaurants and to the main plaza. Helpful staff person let us check-in early. Pleasant central courtyard and small pool at the back with loungers available. Our room was on the main floor which we appreciated. Felt very safe and comfortable. Suited us perfectly for one night. Breakfast was okay but served with a smile.
Thank you very much for the lovely welcoming. Edgardo welcomes everyone as if they were at home, vas very exciting histories to tell and takes care of everything so that everybody is happy. It’s very quiet and tidy here, the Perfect Place to stop to take a deep breath and find peace and cocentration. It is very cosy (especially the sheets of the beds are super soft). For me it was a good spot to continue working in my thesis.
Great hostal a stone's throw away from the main plaza yet quiet in the evenings. Bunk bed was comfy, room was clean. Really hospitable host who went out of his way to make everyone feel welcome. Kitchen is always clean, common areas are nice with enough space to socialise or relax on your own. I extended my stay by a couple of nights and would stay again. Definitely one of the better hostels out there. Highly recommended!
Great location in Vicuna, it is very close to main square of the town, especially if you need to arrange your stargazing tour for Del Pangue or Mammaluca observatories, nevertheless I would suggest for the former. Room was quiet basic but functional for our needs.
