Amazing property and hosts were super nice! A little bit of a walk from Zermatt as location is in Reid. The chalet is a 2 room chalet, with a bedroom and living room (with a fireplace and pull out couch, TV and dining table). Kitchen and amenities were included alongside breakfast and cold cuts/cheese. Felt like home away from home. Plus: balcony views you see the Matterhorn, and a delicious restaurant downstairs as well. Great stay, 10/10 recommend! :) Dog friendly as well (nightly fee applies)
Would recommend taking the lift from Sunnega station up to Reidweg, then walking along the path to reach the property

All the staff were super-friendly and helpful. I had one or two difficulties which they sorted out quickly and efficiently. The comfort, cleanliness and quality of the bedding, buildings and breakfast was fantastic. Beautiful, peaceful grounds and location. Contactless check-in was easy and if any problems, there is phone contact at any time. I'd love to visit again! 😊

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Cheap and cheerful, but that doesn't mean it was bad in any way. Quiet, right in the center, close to the lifts, well maintained and comfortable and the breakfast was great. Excellent value for Saas Fee.

Owner came and picked me up which was appreciated due to luggage. Breakfast was well provided with lots on offer with lovely views to the mountains. Bed was comfortable. Owners & Staff were lovely & friendly. I really enjoyed staying here

Great location in Saas Fee; minutes walk from everything but in a quiet area. Everyone in the hotel was really friendly. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was excellent. Lovely room and lots of space on the balcony (view slightly blocked by cranes but this is not the hotel’s fault and thank goodness there was no construction noise). We had a great stay.
Close to the bus station, short stroll down to “ city centre “. Vintage hotel,bit in a time-warp, great balcony to chillax , quiet side of town.Nice budget choice.Will let you check in early if possible . Nice breakfast, great coffee
The room was wonderful with a great balcony view overlooking Saas-Fee and the surrounding Allalin mountains. The hosts were wonderful - super friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The traditional Walliser Abend was an excellent experience - really delicious raclette. Excellent breakfast with good coffee. The private sauna and hot-tub were also wonderful to have use of at the hotel. My girlfriend and I would come back anytime!
