What a lovely experience! Very friendly and welcoming staff, nice accommodation and great location. A few minutes walk to Interlaken West Station and COOP supermarket round the corner. City centre a few minutes away. Very clean accommodation and very good breakfast.

Interesting concept of integration of hotel with seniors community residence with shared dining facility. We didn't use spa etc but room and bathroom were of generous size to presumably allow for easier mobility of a resident or guest. Clean. Nice balcony with garden view. We didn't know there was a sunshade on outer balcony to keep room cooler. It would have been nice to know or to have a fan. Excellent breakfast. Charming place but different from hotel feel. Centrally located, quiet.

Quaint lovely boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood owned by the locals exhibiting warm hospitality. Hotel is like a museum with many grandfather clocks and antique furniture. Very grateful to the owner who offered to help dry and keep our laundry after a wash at the hotel's laundromat while we were out sightseeing. Exemplary service indeed !
