This was the first B&B I have ever stayed in and it was really a wonderful experience. The house in my opinion is very conveniently located. If you stay here you will be like 10 min driving from the West Edmonton mall or a quick walk. It’s easy to get on the highways and overall all the necessary stops are close by such as gas stations and grocery stores. Also Larry and Diana are some of the nice people and hosts I have ever met. They will make you feel like your are at home and apart of the family. They also have the cutest fluffy dog and two cats that love attention. The house is spotless, the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was amazing. Diana makes her own bread and all the food is prorated right in front of you and it’s really really good. I highly recommend coming here and staying a night!

Owner let us check in a couple hours early, which was so valuable to us as we had several events to attend & coordinate in our schedule.

Large private rooms, clean and quiet building. Staff is very friendly and helpful with rebooking three extra days and honoring the same price. Always greeted with a smile and hello making you feel comfortable and appreciated as a customer. Great for travelers with pets. Avenue north of the motel is fairly quiet for walking dogs.
Lots of parking with powered stalls. On-site laundry is only $1.25/load. Buffet breakfast is quite good. They even had a wheelchair on site for my elderly father.

It is a hostel with all basic facilities (shared toilets, shared kitchen, etc.). It is a good solution for travelers who are not looking for luxury solutions. In comparison to other prices in Canada, it is cheap. It is not in downtown, but it is well-connected through buses. They provide tea and coffee and some oatmeal for breakfast.
