Very clean and friendly. I felt great staying there, and it was easy to contact the host with questions and special requests. I had full access to the whole basement suite, so I could use the kitchen. There was even an exercise bike and a bathtub. I also liked having the couch and desk space in the common area.

Great for travelers with pets. Avenue north of the motel is fairly quiet for walking dogs.
Lots of parking with powered stalls. On-site laundry is only $1.25/load. Buffet breakfast is quite good. They even had a wheelchair on site for my elderly father.
