This place has it all.
Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, GREAT PERSONNEL, amazing breakfast (08:00-10:00), lovely balconies and just 5 min. walking from the beach. Parking spots 5 min. away.
There is a supermarket downstairs of the place, open until 23.30. The personnel speaks English (Bulgarian too btw 😄) and kids will love the hotel and the whole area.
At the beach there is a bar that will allow you to indulge yourself to sunbathing, swimming, chillaxing or working at the bar (power plugs available!), which deserves a 5/5 review of its own.

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
The staff were really helpful and accommodating. The location is great, just 1 min from the beach, there is forest so it is nice and cool in the evenings. Overall, despite all bungalows being occupied, it was quiet and everyone was respectful.
Absolutely perfect! The place was super super clean, room was spacious and had everything. The staff were really nice and accommodating. Outside area is perfect if you want to prepare a meal yourself and have sit down dinner, barbecue area was clean and had all the utensils. Location is perfect, 2 mins to the beach and right in the center but still quiet. Plenty of parking available. I cannot fault it at all! Amazing value for money!
It’s the 2nd time we come to Agatopolis and we’re never disappointed! It’s a great house in a quiet area. We were able to park very easily in front of the house and it’s close to the beach and to the city centre. There are nice restaurants and cafés very close and the owners are very nice people. We’ll come here every time we come to Ahtopol for sure. The price is great for a great place!
The hotel is on the main road through the town. Despite that it was very quiet. The bedroom was large with big beds. We had the optional breakfasts which were tasty and substantial. It is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel to the street which takes you down to the harbour and has a lot of restaurants and cafes (although many were closed out of season). The owners of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a strict music policy ;-)
The location was great, just a few minutes from the harbour and main square of the town. It was quiet, and a nice view of the harbour. The property had a pleasant garden at the back, and barbeque facilities. Our room was lovely with a airy balcony looking out to the harbour. Plenty of free parking. Axtopol itself is very charming and a great atmosphere and we loved it. Amazing food at the nearby Tixata Laguna owned by local fishermen!
