We visited in September and had to leave during extreme weather conditions and closed roads. The staff were very kind, they called us after we left and offered us to come back.

Amazing location right on the sea, the views were absolutely beautiful. It has a gorgeous outdoor area with a fruit garden and a lot of space to sit and relax.
The room had everything necessary, a comfortable bed, bathroom with a separate shower-room, lovely views on the port.
There are plenty of restaurants and bars close by, and it’s right on the walkway by the sea which is great for an evening stroll.
There is reserved parking space right by the house, which is super practical.
The owner is kind and welcomed us with a small gift and a free upgrade of the room as there was free space in the house.
The village is so peaceful and was exactly what we were seeking for a seaside retreat during our stay in Bulgaria. There are several beautiful beaches within short distance by car, but also Ahtopol’s own beaches are great and only a short walk away.
I really encourage you to visit Ahtopol and stay at this hotel, it’s really a magical place and you will not regret it ❤️

It’s the 2nd time we come to Agatopolis and we’re never disappointed! It’s a great house in a quiet area. We were able to park very easily in front of the house and it’s close to the beach and to the city centre. There are nice restaurants and cafés very close and the owners are very nice people. We’ll come here every time we come to Ahtopol for sure. The price is great for a great place!

They woke up at 1am for me because of my flight delay, that was nice. Nice owners and a very relaxing atmosphere.

Outside area is perfect if you want to prepare a meal yourself and have sit down dinner, barbecue area was clean and had all the utensils. The hotel is on the main road through the town. Despite that it was very quiet. The bedroom was large with big beds. We had the optional breakfasts which were tasty and substantial. It is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel to the street which takes you down to the harbour and has a lot of restaurants and cafes (although many were closed out of season). The owners of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a strict music policy ;-)
The location was great, just a few minutes from the harbour and main square of the town. It was quiet, and a nice view of the harbour. The property had a pleasant garden at the back, and barbeque facilities. Our room was lovely with a airy balcony looking out to the harbour. Plenty of free parking. Axtopol itself is very charming and a great atmosphere and we loved it. Amazing food at the nearby Tixata Laguna owned by local fishermen!
