The hotel is only a short distance from Brussels MIDI station so it was very convenient for us. It was a decent walk into the city centre but that as good for us.
The breakfast was not included & was a bit pricy for what it was.
Very convenient location for visiting Waterloo museums (one Wellington’s HQ)just 150m away make sure you get the 3-site ticket if you’re serious. If you can only make it to 2 sites, buy them separately 😉).

The room was typical of what is to be expected from an ibis hotel - cheap and basic, no frills but convenient and meeting requirements. We were in Waterloo for one evening to go sightseeing the next day and then move on and this hotel was very conveniently located in Waterloo. The room and facilities are very basic but clean and quiet.

Hosts Anne and Michel very thoughtfully collected me from the train station even though it's only a 20 minute walk. The also very kindly made sure I got to the station in time to catch my return train.
My room was very clean and comfortable. Also for me in a very quiet location.
The breakfast was excellent. Cereals, toast, home-made preserves yoghurts, fresh fruit etc.
Staff were helpful and polite. Private parking was very convenient. Internet was fast. Breakfast was great with fresh waffles. Dinner was great too. Nice neighborhood. Pet friendly. Quiet room.
