Great location and the building was amazing once through the door. Rooms were spacious and all you would need, even a mini gym and sauna available. It was all the small things that made our trip enjoyable, honesty bar, board games, great breakfast that as a group of 8 added to our enjoyment, plus the host was great with communicating before we arrived.

Soon as we arrived we were wow'ed by the place and nice warm welcome! We had booked for one night but decided to stay an extra day while we went to check out Brussels as it was short 40min drive and we thought it was worth staying another day! We really loved the relaxed atmosphere! it felt like we had visited friends! we enjoyed hanging out by the pool and chatting with the hosts and learning about them and their lifestyle. We also totally fell in love with all the animal members of the family :) the dogs! cats! chickens :) very sweet. Breakfast was also great.

This is a fantastic guesthouse.
It’s located a stones throw from the railway station, Grand Place and the whole centre of Brussels and all its attractions easy flat walking.
Very easy to find, easy access with key code and great check in and out - you can leave your bags if you arrive early too.
The room was lovely, a great en-suite with toiletries kettle tea etc provided too.
Our window faced an office block but wasn’t a problem as there were blinds for night - interesting to watch staff on treadmills & bicycles whilst working!
The breakfast was fantastic and as we don’t eat a lot so we didn’t do it the justice it deserved.
Lovely welcoming, friendly feel and Sophie was a pleasure.
There’s a great little “traditional” bar just across the road too

All perfect! Leen is a lovely host and the whole place has a calm, positive atmosphere, great place to stay if you are looking to unwind from the city life. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and the bathroom had both shower and a bath. It is located at the end of the road and it is was very tranquil with no traffic noise by. Leen let us also use the kitchen with a beautiful garden view to make our own breakfast. Hopefully we will be able to visit again and stay for a bit longer.

A pleasant, well-run hotel. The staff are very courteous and attentive. I liked the room. Quiet location with the exception of the airport, but there is no air traffic at night. The breakfast is excellent.
Great place to stay before departure from Brussels Airport. Great beds and bathroom. The living room and kitchen area is rather small, but for a one night stay it’s just right. Parking in front of the apartment is very convenient and it’s a 12min drive from the airport. The windows etc. are very well isolated you almost don’t hear the plains, and after 23:00 no plains leave or land from the airport so nice and quiet.
There was a double bed, shower and toilet. It is a 5 minute drive to the airport. Not a lot of good things to say. I just needed a quiet place to stay and a bed, that's all. Overall too expensive for the experience I got.
