Location was great, just outside the noisy area of the city. A one minute walk from the church. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had breakfast at the cafe downstairs (where you can drop off your luggage). A very nice experience to visit Ghent.

The location was fantastic and all extra services offered were a huge plus (water bottles, fruit, coffee, maps, biscuits,....). The cherry on top was the personal touch of the hostess (down to earth person who has taken care of details at the lodging too!). Absolutely worth it.

I loved EVERYTHING about this property! As soon as I booked, I received a message from the hosts with a welcome and all the practical information I needed - even which tram to take and where to find the tram when I walked out of the train station. Having a code instead of a key is so practical! And the instructions in the message were very detailed about how to use the code system! I really appreciate the follow-up message I received just before check-in with reminders of important information, as well as the reminder message just before check-out. It made things so easy and stress-free!
The location is perfect! It’s close to everything, but a few steps down a quiet side street so no noise whatsoever. Being able to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out is perfect, and I love that there are shelves in a locked closet for this! And I have to point out how impeccably clean it is!! That goes for my room also! When I opened the door, I just said, “Wow!” So large, bright, modern, clean and comfortable! Both the room and the bathroom! Definitely one of the best places I have ever stayed!!!

Perfect location, Bee (the owner) was outstanding. The apartment is above her restaurant, impecable, beautiful views of the canal. It has all possible amenities including wine, drinks and snacks. The breakfast was outstanding. We are dreaming to go back. So much better to stay in Ghent than Bruges, and even better if it’s in this amazing place.

All the above taking into account that this is a (brand new) small hotel. The rooms are (slightly) smaller than those that I usually have in a 4-star hotel. The breakfast can easily compete with even the ones in the Van Der Valk or Hilton hotels
It is close to the plant without the need to get into Gent (which is a hell to even approach it with a car and you get guaranteed a big fine for something you did wrong without knowing) and the hotel is situated in the green

The site of the front didn't look nice but room was surprisingly very nice and felt owner's taste and care especially my room had beautiful back yard. The owner was very nice.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Clean, quiet, spacious room, really comfortable bed, friendly staff, good sized bathroom, really good breakfast, good location for what we needed (Bellewaerde theme park) and parking.
Large free parking at the back of the property, 15 minutes by car to Gent city center. There is no reception, online check in went smoothly. Room was spacious and had quality materials (i.e wooden floor and no carpet). Nice bathroom and shower with quality soap and shampoo.
We loved everything here. The house, which is beautifully renovated and super cosy, well-equipped, perfectly-kept, spotlessly clean., and with comfortable beds and a lovely terrace. The farm with its animals. The nice hosts. The surroundings. And the wonderful, really excellent breakfast.
