The house is vey well refurbished. Our room was in the upper floor, very well equipped, quite big, very clean and modern. Warm and friendly colors and furniture's. The bed was amazing - the mattress was just right and also the sheets are very soft. We hat a very good sleep. The area around is quiet and we did not hear other guests in the room next to ours. The place is in the city centre and you can walk there in about 5-10 minutes. .
Breakfast was served in the modern kitchen - when we arrived there, the table was already set with a very nice breakfast. Coffee etc. is self service. kitchen appliances were chosen very carefully. Lorraine and Frederic really made a good job to refurbish this house, Thank you.

I must have been the most awkward guest ever, as I had no idea how late I would arrive after a long day on the bike. They stayed up late to receive me, get my bike secured and show me my room and where breakfast would be. Lovely people and much appreciated.

I booked a 3 night stay to use as a base to watch the Tour of Flanders. The apartment was new and done to a very high standard. It had its own parking space and private entrance. Inside it had a large lounge/dining area, kitchenette and large double bedroom. The bathroom had a fantastic walk in shower. The location is in a quiet residential street outside of Geraardsbergen. You can walk into the town centre along the river.
