The property is a stunning apartment. It has been beautifully renovated. It is well equipped with high quality furnishings and equipment. The central location and parking are great. There are stairs or a lift to the apartment which is on the second and third floors.
There is a good information book left by the owner which is useful. There is a great restaurant next door but you need to book. There is also a bakery across the street. Although it is on a street with trams passing below they don’t wake you up as you sleep on the third floor and they seem to stop overnight.

The room was huge, very modern and well presented.
Set in Ghent The Hamptons Boutique Hotel features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. It also features a terrace and views of the garden.

Hotel's location is great, about 10 min walk from the train station and 25 min from the historical center. It was pretty quiet, too, in spite of having a room facing a main street, due to decent sound insulation (plus the fact that the tram line passing right in front of the hotel was momentarily out of order). Classic, beautiful building as well.
The host, Karl, was great, making everything easy and sharing all the needed information. Breakfast was delicious and rich, no complaints there.
The room was spacious and furnished with all the necessary items. The bed was very comfortable, with good pillows and an adequate blanket.
There is no doubt about where we are going to stay when visiting Ghent again!

Location was perfect, right in the centre with amazing views. Breakfast was included in the price and was a good "continental" breakfast, nice selection. The owners were on holiday but the guy who managed the bar, and the lady who took care of housekeeping and breakfast, were very welcoming. The room was clean, bed very comfortable, complimentary wine and drinks in the mini-bar. Plus tea and coffee making facilties.

Really enjoyed my stay. Felt so welcome. Room was beautiful and so comfortable. A short walk from the train station and a beautiful park. A slightly longer walk or tram ride to the city centre.

Absolutely beautiful, clean and quiet holiday home. Kitchen had everything we needed, and everything was just perfect! The breakfast was very good and looked amazing! Owners of the B&B were really friendly and helpful. Place was very peaceful.

Erwin and Marie Christine are one of the kindest and friendliest people we've met. They gave us some useful tips, we shared some laughs and felt good around them.
The breakfasts were really great, we appreciated the eggs and pancakes. During hot summer days, we were glad to have a ventilator and window insect screens. The room was clean and cosy.
The location is perfect, quiet and not far from Brussels, Bruges and Antwerp. And you can even take a tram to the city centre of Ghent!
