I was made to feel welcomed. The staff were very friendly and extreamly helpful. I couldn't ask for anything more. I so enjoyed my breakfasts, they were delicious. A lovely heritage building and staying there. Thank you so much Nichole, Dave, and Jay. I look forward to staying there again.

Room was very comfortable. We had the King Room with the Balcony to the outside over looking the street. Didn't really like that the flashing lights for Christmas that were left on all night and day. We didn't see the switch outside until the morning so should of turned them off earlier. Not so sure about the breakfast as serve yourself. Seemed a bit strange. We had plenty of fresh food and it was adequate. The owner should reconsider the cooked breakfast option like previous owners had as it was a good option. Close to shops on Swan Street and the Campbell Stores as only a short walk away. Clothing stores only generally open Saturday and only till around 2.30-3pm.

Very well presented. Exceptional staff - prepared to got ‘that extra mile’ to be helpful. Neat and tidy, clean and well presented room. Clean and well appointed bathroom. Well located historical building. Very comfortable. Although close to busy road, surprisingly quiet. Welcoming staff. Included breakfast was excellent. Very reasonable pricing. No hesitation in recommending and we will definitely stay again when next in Paterson.
The bush setting was great, and very private and quiet... kangaroo in the front yard in the evening and possums was great for overseas visitors...the owner goes out of his way to ensure guests have what they need
